10:00 am Passengers will be picked up at their hotels and driven to the local Fresh Produce Market in order to start the tour.
Visit to a Typical Peruvian Market 10:15 am During the visit to the Local Market passengers will have the chance to see the ingredients used to prepare our most traditional dishes.
Preparation of Pisco Sour and Ceviche 11:15 am Arrival at a traditional eatery where our Chef will give us a practical demonstration of how ceviche, our most representative dish, is prepared as well as the mixing and a tasting of a delicious pisco sour, our world famous cocktail.
Buffet lunch We will continue our journey to another well known restaurant in Miraflores located overlooking the Pacific Ocean in order to taste a wide variety of traditional Peruvian cuisine dishes and desserts.cuisine dishes and desserts.
