Peru Sightseeing makes every effort to serve our customers better. The company will not be responsible for cancellations or delays caused by adverse weather conditions, strikes, attacks, war, earthquakes or natural disasters.
Changes to Reservations Policy
Any changes made to a reservation one or more days prior to departure will be subject to availability and confirmation. Fare difference, additional fees and charges imposed by the carrier or operator may apply.
Cancellation Policy:
If a reservation has to be cancelled, customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the departure date the cancellation takes place.
    - 7 or more days prior to departure -10% of total purchase amount
    - 6-4 days prior to departure -15% of total purchase amount
    - 3-1 days prior to departure -20% of total purchase amount
    - Day of departure -100% of total purchase amount (no show)
Refund Policy:
We can only grant refunds for tours and related services operated by Peru Sightseeing. Admission tickets, bus tickets and train tickets to Machu Picchu purchased by Peru Sightseeing in the name of our customers are not subject to refund in any case.
In case of medical emergencies your application for refund must include detailed information and a medical certificate signed by a lincensed and practicing physician.
Applications for refunds will be answered and processed promptly. Any application for a refund must be made in writing to info@perusightseeing.com. If you do not receive the reply in three business days, call us to the following number +511 6524284.
